Prime Minister Narendra Modi is to make an aerial survey of the cyclone-affected districts on Tuesday. He is scheduled to reach Visakhapatnam city at around 1.15pm and hold talks with CM Chandrababu Naidu before embarking on the aerial survey. Naidu, according to official sources, would insist that the Centre declare the cyclone a "national calamity" and seek an immediate release of Rs 2,000 crore as assistance for relief and rehabilitation work. ?
