Swami Chidatmananda unfolds the simple truths of human learning in
Indianapolis.
Gautama Buddha said, 'All that we are is the result of what we have
thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become.' Life is an
experience that is to be passed on from generation to generation. Mankind
lives and learns from the interactions with the exterior world of fellow
beings. Our mind and thought processes play an important role in how we live
our life. We can be very happy if we learn to deal with obstacles and
troublesome people by manipulating our thought process or be unhappy by
letting the painful experiences take over our minds. These beads of wisdom
are just a few of many on a string that Swami Chidatmananda shared in a
two-hour long spiritual discourse, 'Learning through relationships', at
Hindu Temple of Central Indiana (HTCI) in Indianapolis on August 6, 2006.
This program was jointly hosted by HTCI and Greater Indianapolis Telugu
Association (GITA) and organized by American Telugu Association (ATA) and
Chinmaya mission. Swami Chidatmananda, a well known spiritual leader and
head of Chinmaya mission, Hyderabad, is currently touring USA sharing his
wisdom.
