Sprouts(with green dal)- 1cup
Moong dal- 1/2cup
Tomatoes- 2
Onion- 1
Green chilli- 2
Coriander leaves
Method:
In a cooker,heat little oil. Add musturd,jeera and the onion,greenchilli.After 2min add tomatoes and fry till tomatoes are juicy,then add sprouts,moongdal to it.Fry for 1 mintill the raw smell goes.Add little water close the cooker,after two vistles,put the stove off.After opening the cooker,add enough salt,garnish with coriander leaves.Very easy,tasty,healthy puri curry is ready.
