Well, Friends, most of the people who register themselves in Matrimonial sites are ready to get married. So what makes anyone to think of marriage? Is that age or good position or settlement in job or an yearning for a partner to share our life or all these reasons?
Anyway, here are some tips whatever be the reason behind your intention to get married.
1) First of all, take time for yourself. Think deeply. Analyse your feelings, wishes and dreams.
2) Question yourself. Why you want to get married, what are your expectations on marriage, are you prepared mentally and physically for the changes that come with marriage.
3) How do you wish your life partner to be. What are the criteria?
4) Can you mould yourself to the expectations of the other?
5) What is your attitude towards money, making a family, kids etc.,
6) Once you are confirmed about your aspirations make them clear to your parents or to anyone who search for you.
7) Do not feel shy to express your wishes and opinion for once you get married you have to honour the relationship. So be firm in your decision. Do not compromise. But keep a time limit for your search/wait.
8) Once you feel that any match is in your frequency, don’t hesitate. Present yourself pleasingly. The best way to gain anyone is by being honest. Be sincere, truthful and friendly.
9) Let the other one feel at home with you to open up and make them comfortable in expressing their thoughts.
10) Let not other factors creep into the relationship once you like anyone as they are.
There are no steadfast rules or ways to choose a life partner. But these are some tips which will help you to think differently.
