They Engage people and welcome them to join in the fun.The playful way they do their work allows them to find creative ways to engage Customers. Customers like being part of the show and memories are created. Involving others and working to make their day directs attention toward the customer
4)Be present:
The fish guys are fully present. They are not day dreaming or on the phone. The light heartedness towards work and playfulness gives them the energy.
Just imagine what will happen of us and our families if we are constantly stressed out and our health is deteriorating day by day.So have fun while on business. Life is important and happiness is important.
