50 Lakh Health Insurance, Pawan promises Kadapa, February 28th: Addressing the Janasena Party cadre in Kadapa, Pawan Kalyan said that the party is considering all possibilities to provide health insurance cover of Rs 10 lakh per year and Rs 50 lakh for five years to the party workers.
Insurance coverage would be given not only to the party workers but to everyone at Rs 10 lakh per year, if Janasena Party voted to power, he added.
Pawan Kalyan has expressed serious concern over the plight of Rayalaseema region saying that once it was most rich area but few families have tarnished the image of the region by hurling bombs and making attacks.
He said the youth and women of Rayalaseema were looking for a change in the politics and they were extending their support to the party. But the leaders were hesitating to join the party, they were asking him that how would be the future of the party, he added.
He said he stepped into politics with an aim to break the citadels of feudalism and called upon the people to join him if they have courage. But people need to leave their feudalistic thoughts before joining the party. 'We will not allow such tendencies in the party. Shall we still take chappals into our hands while crossing in front of the houses of the leaders, he questioned. Shall we fear of crores of money and private armies owned by leaders? I don't have such fears as I was well-trained in martial arts. One has to realize one's courage and stand to face it. I have enough courage to fight it out,' he said.
