Second Test in Hyd; no change of venue New Delhi, February 22 (INN): The second Test match between India and Australia will not be shifted from Hyderabad following assurance from State Government on the security of the players.
The twin blasts in the city has shaken the city, but we are going ahead with the second Test, BCCI officials said. Though concern was expressed about the safety BCCI officials said they saw no reason to shift the Hyderabad Test, scheduled to begin from March 2.
The officials will also speak to Cricket Australia officials on the security of the players. The first Test match began today at Chennai.
