Cricket teams arrive amidst tight security Hyderabad, February 27 (INN): India and Australia teams arrived here amidst tight security for the second Test match to be played at the Uppal Stadium form March 2.
A security blanket was thrown around the stadium and the teams that came by a special flight were taken to a hotel under heavy security. There was a review of security arrangements in wake of the Dilshuknagar bomb blasts.
The teams will be practicing on Thursday and Friday at Uppal and even media will not be allowed as the stadium is turned into a virtual fortress. Police have taken control of the stadium since Tuesday. India leads the four test series 1-0.
