Toronto Telugu Association Elects New Body Toronto, Canada: A new body has been unanimously elected for Telugu Cultural Association Of Greater Toronto (TCAGT) at its general body meeting held in Brampton on 20th December at South Fletcher's Sportsplex.
Secretary Sailaza Payidiparty welcomed the guests. President Anitha Bezawada provided the report to the Annual General Body meeting on the yearlong events that attracted huge attendance of Telugu Community in Toronto. She appreciated the current executive members for their collaborative efforts in bringing more members, sponsors and innovative ideas to finish the year strong.
Former Treasurer Rajasekhar Jarabandi has presented 2013 annual accounts report and it was approved by the annual general body. Chairman Board of trustees Jyothi Bobbili presented Trustees report and provided enough details to the constructive questions from the members. Treasurer Sirisha Gadepalli has presented 2014 interim accounts report.
President Anitha Bezawada appreciated and applauded the dedicated efforts of the current executive committee, Silver Jubilee team and trustees on mobilizing huge funds to organize mega events as well as the Silver Jubilee Celebrations of the association.
The Election Officer Jagan Payidiparty has declared the following executive committee and Trustees were elected unanimously.

The elected executive committee and Trustees spoke on the occasion and thanked members for the opportunity to serve the Telugu Community for the year 2015.
The president elect Surya Bezawada acknowledged the current executive that consists of all women, for completing the Silver Jubilee year with an incredible and positive momentum. The Secretary elect Rajesh Vissa has called upon the members of the association and explained his goals to bring new talent, enhance the communication to reach many more members, leverage the experience from the previous committees and the life members.
