Actor Mukku Raju passes away Senior character artist Sagiraju Rajam Raju (Mukku Raju), who is well-known for his roles in Narayanamurthy films is no more. 83 year old Raju was suffering from an illness for a few days and passed away this morning.
Mukkuraju has started his career initially as a choreographer and later became an actor. His hardworking nature has earned him great respect by the film industry people.
Mukkuaraju acted in offbeat films 1940lo Oka Gramam directed by Narasimha nandi and his performance has been appreciated by many. He has even received Nandi Award as the best character actor for the film, '1940lo Oka Gramam'.
Mukkuraju hometown is in West district and the funeral will take place on Friday at his native place in Cherukuvada, West Godavari Districct.Tollywood celebrities expressed grief over death of senior actor.
