Two MLAs, three MLCs join TRS Hyderabad, Sept 1 (INN): The exodus of leaders from different parties to ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi is gaining more momentum.
On Monday, two MLAs and three MLCs joined the TRS in the presence of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. Wyra's YSRCP MLA Madan Lal, Yellendu's Congress MLA K Kanakaiah and three Congress MLCs - Venkat Rao, Rajeshwar Rao and Yadav Reddy were admitted into the TRS by party's Secretary General K Keshava Rao.
Speaking on the occasion, Home Minister Nayani Narasimha Reddy said that leaders from other parties were joining the TRS to achieve KCR's goal of "Bangaru Telangana". He said that the TRS would welcome all the leaders into the party who want to play a role in re-construction of Telangana.
