Rs 5 lakh each to Martyred Jawans from AP Amaravati, Feb 16: The Andhra Pradesh Govt led by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu today announced an ex gratia of Rs 5 lakh each to the families of 40 martyred CRPF jawans in Phulwama terrorist ambush in Kashmir.
Condemning the ghastly act of terrorist, the Chief Minister said Andhra Pradesh stands ahead in supporting central govt to act sternly against the terrorism. He said the central govt should take necessary decisions to prevent recurring of such incidents. He said every one should extend support to the families of army jawans, who laid their lives while protecting the country.
The Chief Minister said entire country was shocked with the inhuman act of terrorists. He said it is responsibility of every one to instil confidence among the family members of martyred jawans.
