NATS raised 600k in Kick-Off Event Dallas, Texas: North America Telugu Society (NATS) organized America Telugu Sambaralu Curtain Raiser Event on Jan 19th 2019 at Gemstone Banquet Hall at Park Plaza Towers in Dallas, TX. Around 250 NATS members and supporters attended the event and pledged $600,000 for its 6th conference to be held from May 24th to 26th.
North America Telugu Society (NATS) is a premier service oriented Telugu organization in North America whose mission is to serve Telugu community through cultural, spiritual, social and educational activities; to solicit, collect and disburse funds to victims and families in unfortunate incidents.
To preserve, propagate and perpetuate the cultural heritage of individuals of Telugu origin in North America, NATS organizes 'America Telugu Sambaralu' every 2 years. NATS Successfully conducted 5 such biennial conferences so far. It's 6th conference will be held at Irving Convention Center in Irving, TX during May 24-26, 2019.
In connection with it's 6th biennial conference, NATS organized 'America Telugu Sambaralu Curtain Raiser Event' on Jan 19th 2019 at Gemstone Banquet Hall at Park Plaza Towers in Dallas, TX. The event was grand success. Around 250 NATS members and supporters attended the event and pledged $600,000 for it's 6th conference.
NATS Board of Director and Fundraising Director for the Conference, Mr. Adi Gelli started the evening by welcoming the guests. Alapana Team entertained the audience with their melodious songs. During the event, NATS announced it's new Dallas chapter members for the year 2019-2020 followed by various teams and it's directors for it's upcoming conference.
