Missing woman traced in Mumbai HYDERABAD: A 26-year-old private employee, who went missing under suspicious circumstances a few days ago, was found by Cyberabad police in Mumbai on Sunday. Police traced the victim by tracking Call Detail Record (CDR) of her mobile phone.
Police suspect the victim, who had disputes with her husband left her house and went to Mumbai, after abandoning her vehicle in bushes. However, she told the police that she went to Mumbai for sight-seeing.
The victim Srilatha, worked as a manager in Max Hair Replacement and Extension in Banjara Hills and her husband Kiran, was an employee in Santa Biotech firm. They lived in Petbasheerabad police limits with their two kids.
On Friday, Srilatha went to her office but did not return home. Later, when Kiran called on her mobile phone, it was switched off. He got to know from Srilatha's office that she left in the evening. Kiran approached the Petbasheerabad police and lodged a complaint.
The next day, the Cyberabad police found her vehicle abandoned in bushes near EMRI, Kompally in Medchal. Police then started tracking Srilatha's mobile call data and found her in Mumbai.
