Another setback to TDP in Telangana
HYDERABAD: Two more TDP MLAs from Telangana, Satyavati Rathod and Godam Nagesh, are planning to join TRS. According to sources, both the leaders will be joining the pink party in the presence of its chief K Chandrasekhara Rao on Monday. Rathod has already resigned from TDP and there are reports that Nagesh will also follow suit.
TDP sources said some more MLAs in the region are planning to leave the party. Satyavati Rathod is representing Dornakal Assembly constituency in Warangal district, whereas Nagesh represents Boath (SC) constituency in Adilabad district. TDP MLAs KS Ratnam (Chevella) and P Mahender Reddy (Tandur), and MLC P Narender Reddy joined the TRS two days ago.
