CPI MLA Chandravati set to join TDP
Khammam: Wyra MLA Dr B Chandravati is all set to join the TDP. Disappointed for being denied the party ticket for the ensuing Assembly polls, she started exploring other political options.
In this connection, she met TDP leaders Nama Nageshwara Rao and K Koteshwara Rao and is leaving no stone unturned to contest from Wyra again on the TDP ticket.
Though some of the leaders promised her that she would be nominated as the TDP's mayoral candidate for the Khammam Municipal Corporation, she was not impressed by the offer and decided to meet the TDP President and request him to nominate her for the Wyra seat.
