Wife denies Byreddy's hand in murder
Kurnool: Rayalaseema Parirakshana Samiti president Byreddy Rajasekhar Reddy has no involvement in the recent murder of Nandikotkur Market Yard vice-chairman Sai Eswarudu, his wife Bharati Reddy stated here on Tuesday.
Talking to the media at their house here, she claimed that the opponents were making allegations against Byreddy for political motive before the elections.
She planned to meet Governor E S L Narasimhan demanding withdrawal of the case against the RPS leader, Bharati Reddy maintained that there were good relations between the two families. She wondered why should Byreddy get Eswarudu killed, after the latter had extended support to the RPS chief 's 'Melukolupu' fast.
Besides, when the late leader's son was in Osmania Hospital, Hyderabad, he had personally attended to the youngster's needs. Eswarudu, she claimed, used to approach their family for any assistance.
