BJP poll campaign in Seemandhra from Mar 25 VISAKHAPATNAM: With the campaign slogan of 'Modi for PM and BJP for Development', the BJP leaders are all set to embark on a tour of 13 Seemandhra districts from March 25 to April 4 with a view to boost the poll prospects of the party and its PM candidate Narendra Modi.
During the tour, the BJP leaders will interact with the party workers and work towards garnering support for Modi's candidature for the PM's post. A day after BJP's state executive meet in Vijayawada, the leaders have decided to tour all the 13 districts in Seemandhra.
BJP state vice-president Bandaru Rangamohan said the campaign will be flagged off at Visakhapatnam on March 25, proceed to Srikakulam and Vizianagaram districts on March 26, East and West Godavari districts on 27, Krishna and Guntur districts on 28, Kurnool and Anantapur on April 2, Kadapa and Chittoor on April 3 and, Nellore and Prakasam districts on April 4. Modi is expected to tour Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundry, Vijayawada and Tirupati in April, he added.
