Warangal MP Rajaiah throws out daughter-in-law HYDERABAD: A day after a housewife Sarika lodged a complaint against Warangal MP S Rajaiah and his son for dowry harassment, the family members forcibly sent her away along with her three sons and locked the doors. The incident took place at Revenue Colony in Warangal.
According to police, Begumpet women police registered cases against Warangal MP Siricilla Rajaiah and his son Anil Kumar for harassing the latter's wife, Sarika for additional dowry.
She also alleged that her husband remarried one Sana. Based on the complaint lodged by Sarika, police registered cases under Section 498 (a) (husband or relative of the husband of a woman subjecting her to cruelty), 494 (marrying again during lifetime of husband or wife) of the IPC.
The victim Sarika went to her husband's house in Warangal, she found her three sons sitting outside the house and crying. When she questioned her in-laws about the treamet metted out to the children, they allegedly warned her to leave the house and said that they did not have relation with her.
