Cong is Jagan's enemy, but KCR's ally HYDERABAD: TRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao and YSRC president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy have spoken out on post poll-alliances at the Centre.
KCR does not mind supporting Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi while Jagan is prepared to support anyone except the Congress.
Speaking to a news channel, Jagan said, 'We are not averse to supporting anyone except the Congress after elections. Our options are open with everyone including the BJP.' KCR too told a channel, 'If my support makes Rahul Gandhi PM, I will do it 100% .'
KCR, however, found Rahul politically immature and felt he could not be compared to his mother Sonia Gandhi. He said he has regard for Sonia because it was at her initiative that Telangana became possible. Asked if he would support Modi, he replied in the negative.
'The tragedy is Modi played into the hands of Chandrababu and Venkaiah Naidu,' he said. KCR's change of heart indicates he is looking to a post-poll tie-up with Congress in case of a hung Assembly.
