Nizamabad: A judicial court here on Monday ordered Dichpally police to register a case against Jana Sena Party president and actor Pawan Kalyan for his inappropriate comments against TRS chief KCR while addressing a meeting in Warangal two days back.
Second Additional Magistrate Radhakrishna Chouhan directed police to register cases under Sections 153(A) and 506 following a petition filed by Telangana Junior Advocates' Association president Ravikumar.
The judge asked police to submit a report by June 11. The petitioner contended that he was pained by the 'provocative' comments made by Pawan Kalyan against KCR; they amounted to murdering him. He said he would complain to the Election Commission to restrain the actor from campaigning in Seemandhra.
