JSP candidates join hands with TDP Hyderabad: In a severe blow to Jai Samaikyandhra Party chief N Kiran Kumar Reddy, four it's MLA contestants in Guntur district today ditched the party in the nick of the moment and extended their support to TDP candidates.
Four of JSP MLA candidates from Guntur district Bulusu Satya Reddy (Macherla), Kola Appi Reddy (Gurajala), M.Anjaneyulu (Chilakaluripeta) and Ramesh Babu of Vinukonda withdrew from the fray and joined Telugu Desam Party in the presence of it's Narasaraopet LS candidate Rayapati Samba Siva Rao.
Rayapati invited them in to the party with yellow kanduvas. All the contestents appealed to voters not to vote for their symbol(pair of slippers) and pledged their support to Telugu Desam Party.
Not only this, Kiran faced another jolt from Supreme Court today as the apex court refused to stay bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh and thus cleared all decks for the formation of Telangana. Kiran Reddy have pinned hopes on the judiciary to prevent the division of the State but all his dreams shatterd.
Its known that Kiran have refrained from politics by contesting his brother from Peeleru and now talk emerging that he may opt to retire permanently from political scenario.
