Mohan Babu, family cast votes in Tirupati Tirupati: The polling in Seemandhra had its fair share of cine actors and celebrities. Though many Tollywood celebrities cast their votes on April 30, when Telangana conducted its first independent polls, some actors cast their votes on Wednesday.
Collection King Dr. Mohan Babu and his son Manchu Vishnu have casted their votes in Tirupati. Mohan Babu's mother was also present at the polling booth with the help of others and casted her vote in the same polling booth.
After casting vote Mohan Babu spoke to media and uttered punch dialogues in his style. He said, 'We have dirty politics in our state. Corrupts are contesting as well as campaigning for various parties. They made false promises. Youth should definitely utilize their right for vote and they shouldn't encourage politicians who frequently changing colours'
Mohan Babu joined TDP in 1982. He received a nomination for Rajya Sabha in 1995. Later, he moved close to YS Rajasekhar Reddy and the latter's son Jagan Mohan Reddy. Mohan Babu met Narendra Modi along with family members during the BJP chief's visit to Hyderabad.
