Naidu breaks bread with Pawan Hyderabad: TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu had turned a host to actor and Jenasena founder Pawan Kalyan. Obviously Naidu did not want to wait to thank his new found well wisher Pawan Kalyan till the poll results are out. According to sources, Naidu himself has invited Pawan Kalyan to thank him for supporting and campaigning for TDP-BJP combine in Telangana and Seemandhra regions.
In response to invitation Pavan called on Naidu at latter's residence in Jubilee Hills here on Thursday. Naidu and Pawan had a lengthy discussion before moving to lunch table.
The duo has reportedly discussed the latest political situation in the State. They were happy that large number of electors has cast their votes in Seemandhra on May 7. They discussed the possible outcome of the polling and government formation after the declaration of results.
Their discussion, according to insiders, centered around the unprecedented polling in Seemandhra, enthusiastic participation of young voters and its impact on TDP-BJP prospectus. Naidu personally thanked Pawan for rallying behind TDP and see that it reaches the goal post.
After a grueling and whistle stop poll campaign under scorching sun for nearly two months, Chandrababu Naidu along with his family members are heading for a week long foreign trip, a much deserved break from day to day cacophony.
With the polling for 25 Lok Sabha and 175 assembly constituencies of Seemandhra concluded on Wednesday in what is being seen as a do or die battle for two top political leaders Jagan and Chandrababu. Both have expressed their confidence with the percentage of voter turnout and seethed confidence about their victory.
However Chandra Babu Naidu clearly looked like a happiest person among the two, may be the reports from the ground zero are already trickling in to him.
Babu appeared confident of storming back to power and adressed media. Speaking to the media at his residence here in the polling day evening, the former chief minister said, 'TDP-BJP combine will win hands down, 100 per cent''
He made a special mention of Narendra Modi and Pawan Kalyan for their support and said that he called them and expressed his happiness with the polling that has happened on previous day.Soon after the end of polling Chandrababu Naidu spoke to Pawan Kalyan over phone and congratulated him for his wholehearted support.
