AP government's cheques valid till May 31 only
Hyderabad, May 15 (INN): The state Government has issued a direction to all the drawing and disbursing officers of all departments to take enough precaution while issuing cheques during the Month of May, 2014.
In a direction to all heads of departments the Secretary to Government Sri. L Premachandra Reddy said that all such cheques should bear a special stamp reading - 'to be paid on or before 31-05-2014'. He further said that all cheques issued by the existing state of Andhra Pradesh are valid up to 31.05.2014 only and not later.
