Mothkupalli blamed for BJP, TDP defeat in Nalgonda NALGONDA: BJP state leader Sankineni Venkateshwar Rao alleged that the TDP leader Mothkupalli Narsimhulu is the cause for defeat of TDP and BJP candidates in Nalgonda district.
Speaking to press, along with district party president Veerelly Chandrasekhar, he said that Narsimhulu had financial agreements with Nagarjunasagar and Miryalaguda Assembly constituency Congress candidates. Mothkupally had forced TDP chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu to select weak candidates from TDP in the two constituencies.
Sankineni said that the country will develop under Modi's rule as Gujarat, and more world-class projects will be set up in the country. He urged KCR to take steps to complete the promises made before elections.
Veerelly Chandrasekhar said that they will try to get more funds from Central government for the development of the district. He congratulated Kishan Reddy and Bandaru Dattatreya for their victory. BJP leaders Palleboina Shyamsundar, Oruganti Ramulu, Amarendar Reddy, B. Papaiah, Sambaiah, Muni and others participated in the press meet.
