Ramoji Film City to come up in Vizag
Hyderabad: Has Ramoji Rao acquired 500 acres of land near Vizag for his film city? Yes, say industry insiders. Apparently, the industry is making a beeline of investments in Vizag and with his close confidante, Chandrababu back in power, all necessary clearances, and permissions are just a formality.
This will be the second 'Ramoji Film City' in South India and the first in Seemandhra region. Another group led by Chiranjeevi and Ganta Srinivasa Rao is also looking at constructing a film city in Bheemili area of Vizag and with Ganta Srinivasa Rao being a part of the TDP, it is expected to be a smooth ride for this team as well.
