Telangana goovernment logo unveiled
Hyderabad: Finally the Telangana statehood is achieved and the first Telangana government is going to be formed on June 2nd. TRS President K Chandra Sekhar Rao will be sworn in as the Chief Minister of Telangana state in Raj Bhavan. According to sources, KCR had also finalized the official state symbols. According to that, Pala Pitta (Indian Jay) will be the state bird.
Two historic monuments of Telangana- Kakatiya Kala Thoranam and Charminar have been given more importance here. We could also find the Ashoka emblem in the logo apart from the text in Telugu, English and Urdu.
The words 'Telangana Government' will be etched around the logo in English, Telugu and Urdu languages. According to MIM's demand, efforts are on to incorporate Charminar in the state logo
This logo will appear first on the invitations extended by the New Government for swearing-in ceremony of First Telangana chief minister .Telangana, which comprises 10 districts including Hyderabad, was part of the erstwhile princely state of Hyderabad and has a distinct culture.
Telangana will have a population of 35.38 million and an area of 1.14 lakh square km.After the bifurcation, Andhra Pradesh has become India's first linguistic state to be divided.
