Telangana vehicle registration with TS series
Hyderabad: The Telangana transport department would start the TS series for the registration of new vehicles from Wednesday.
According to sources in the department, the Centre is likely to issue gazette notification on the TS series allowing the department to start registration officially.
The vehicle registrations in ten districts of Telangana have been stopped since June 2, the appointed date as the officials had no clue over the use of TS series.
Telangana government had earlier sent proposal for TG series but after the special requisition from the Chief Minister of Telangana KCR, the officials again sent the proposal for TS series.
