Court orders to file case against TV9 Raviprakash Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Second Metropolitan Magistrate on Wednesday has ordered to file a case against TV9 proprietor Raviprakash for alleged telecast of programmes that otherwise insults the Telangana dialect.
Sunkari Janardhan Goud, a local advocate, has filed a petition at second metropolitan magistrate court mentioning that a programme titled Bullet News telecasted at 8.30 p.m. on June 12 was having hateful information and insulted the Telangana representatives of the people.
After hearing the arguments, the honourable judge ordered the police to file a case against Raviprakash under sections 504, 506 of IPC and under Sections 4a and 6 of Cable Network Act. An FIR was asked to be prepared by the police to this effect.
