Kamineni promises to turn Vijayawada into medical hub
Vijayawada, June 30 (INN): Andhra Pradesh Minister for Medical and Health Kamineni Srinivas said announced that the State Government was planning to turn Vijayawada into a medical hub.
Speaking to media persons here, Kamineni said that Vijayawada has the potential and basic infrastructure to become a medical hub.
He also announced that the All India Institute of Medical Sciences would be established in Vijayawada soon and a Central team would visit the city in the next three days to review the proposal.
He said that the Central team would inspect the proposed site and other infrastructure during its visit.
