Naidu graph falling drastically: Jagan

Srikakulam, July 18 (INN): Affirming that the graph of N Chandrababu Naidu is sharply on the slide as he has failed to implement all the poll promises, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has said that farmers, students, women and all other sections are venting their ire against him.

Speaking to reporters here on Friday he said: ' Should the elections be held now TDP will be rejected outright and YSRCP will win 167 of the 175 seats as the Chandrababu Naidu has the dubious distinction of acquiring anti-incumbency just within two months of assuming power where as it takes more than two years for others.

He could achieve this distinction by giving a go by to all the poll promises. Students are the worst hit as the academic year has begun but there is no word from the Government on the fees reimbursement. Students studying in Hyderabad are in dismay as the Telangana Government has made it clear that the fees reimbursement is applicable for locals only.

He has given two manifestos for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana as well and assured that all agriculture loans would be waived along with DWACRA loans and unemployment stipend of Rs 2,000 would be given to each family until a job is provided.

All his promises turned out to be false and his approach has been vague, knee-jerk and has a heavy accent of reluctance. People voted him to power assuming that he would provide one job per family, failing which stipend will be provided but he failed to address the issue.

Chandrababu Naidu has taken a U-turn on the issue on the floor of the house and bluffed that he did not promise government jobs. The TDP leader need not promise for a private job which can be given by local industrialists. This shows his adamant attitude and his unwillingness to fulfill his promises.

After answering the Election Commission that he has studied the loans waiver issue and with his experience as chief minister for nine years has definite plans as to how the loans could be waived, he went on telling people again and again that he can waive all agriculture and DWACRA loans while the inexperienced Jagan Mohan Reddy cannot do it. TDP has also distributed pamphlets to this effect widely.

I have placed the video clippings of his speeches on record in the assembly session. His blatant lies are nailed as he fails to fulfill the promise despite agriculture season fast approaching.

He has been speaking incoherently about the loan waiver now. At one moment he says that the red sanders seized can be sold to clear the loans for farmers.

While his cabinet colleague has pegged the seized contraband at 8,000 tones which can be auctioned at Rs 10 lakh per ton, Chandrababu Naidu at a public meeting at Eluru says that the red- sanders seized are 15,000 tons and will fetch Rs 1,500 crores.

The total agriculture loans are over Rs 1.2 lakh crores and where from will the gap be filled remained unanswered. This is nothing short of cheating and he is liable for penal action.

With such blatant lies, TDP government has lost right to rule and people are dejected and will reject TDP at the earliest opportunity. Reassuring that he is proud of YSR for introducing fess reimbursement scheme and the state government is speaking of misuse only to shelve such a wonderful scheme, he said.

On reports about party leader Geeta, he said it is not serious and what she was referring to was a local issue. There is no need for anyone to look at TDP as its graph is falling down drastically. After promising moon during electioneering, now Naidu is sulking that it is not possible to fulfill all promises in toto.
