Raghuveera accuses Naidu of cheating people Hyderabad, Aug 7 (INN): Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee president Dr N Raghuveera Reddy on Thursday asked Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu to explains the measures taken by his government for the welfare of farmers.
Speaking to media persons at Indira Bhavan here, Raghuveera Reddy alleged that Chandrababu Naidu came to power by using his expertise in luring people with attractive promises. However, he started cheating them after coming to power.
He asked him to explain the status of his promise of waiving off loans for farmers and DWCRA Groups. Further, the Cheif Minister should explain the steps being taken to mobilise funds for residuary State of Andhra Pradesh, he demanded.
Raghuveera Reddy demanded that Chandrababu Naidu should convene a special session of Legislative Assembly to discuss the issue of farmers.
