TS cabinet meeting against centre's advisory Hyderabad, Aug 11 (INN): The Council of Ministers of Telangana State will meet on Monday evening at 7 PM to finalise its strategy to counter the Centre's dictate granting special powers of law and order in Hyderabad to Governor.
According to sources, the Telangana Cabinet meeting, to be chaired by Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, will pass a resolution asking the Centre to amend the Andhra Pradesh State Reorganisation Act - 2014 by removing the clauses which assigns special responsibilities to the Governor in matters of law and order in the joint capital area. The cabinet is also likely to discuss the budget proposals.
