TS Govt relieves 12 IPS, 5 IAS officers Hyderabad, Dec 30 (INN): The Telangana Government on Tuesday issued orders relieving certain Indian Police Service officers in view of their allotment to the State of Andhra Pradesh as per the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act.
The following IPS officials have been relieved and asked to report before the Andhra Pradesh Government for further postings: Kasi Reddy VRN Reddy (1992), Dr.M.Kantha Rao (1999), D.Nagendra Kumar (2003), Kanthi Rana Tata (2004), S.Syamsunder (2005), Sarvashresth Tripathi (2006), R Jayalakshmi (2006), Dr.Gajarao Bhupal (2008), K Koteswara Rao (2008), L.K.V Ranga Rao (2008), G.Pala Raju (2008) and Fakeerappa Kagnelli (2011).
Similarly, five IAS officials have been relieved by the Telangana Government. They are Neerabh Kumar Prasad (1987), I.Srinivas Srinaresh (1995), M Girija Shankar (2001), Dr M.Hari Jawahar Lal (2006) and B Lakshmi Kantham (2007).
