Chakri's family members call on KTR
Hyderabad, Jan 13 (INN): The family members of popular music director Chakradhar alias Chakri called on Information Technology Minister K Tarakarama Rao at the State Secretariat here on Tuesday.
Chakri's mother Vidyawathi, brother Mahit Narayan and sister Krishna Priya sought KTR's support in directing the police authorities to speed up the probe into Chakri's death.
Speaking to media persons later, Priya informed that a complaint has already been lodged with Jubilee Hills Police Station alleging that Chakri has been poisoned to death by his wife Sravani and her family members. She demanded that an independent probe should be ordered into her brother's sudden demise.
It may be mentioned that Chakri's wife Sravani had lodged a complaint against her in-laws accusing them of harassing her to encroach upon her husband's property.
