KCR's niece Ramya joins Congress HYDERABAD: Criticising the policies of the TRS government, Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao's niece R Ramya joined the Congress here in the presence of TPCC chief Ponnala Lakshmaiah.
Speaking to mediapersons, TPCC spokesman Mallu Ravi and others fired salvos at irrigation minister T Harish Rao for questioning the Congress' service to Telangana.
Ravi reiterated that it was the Congress and its president Sonia Gandhi's commitment to Telangana that made statehood for the region a reality. He said the TRS government had failed miserably to address the problems of people such as pension and ration cards.
