Krishnaiah to launch hunger strike over fee reimbursement Hyderabad, Jan 17 (INN): TDP MLA and BC Welfare Association chairman R Krishnaiah on Saturday announced that he would undertake an indefinite hunger fast from January 22 demanding immediate release of fee reimbursement dues from the Telangana Government.
Speaking to media persons here, Krishnaiah said about 100 leaders from various BC organisaitons would also participate in the hunger strike. He criticised the Telangana Government for not releasing the fee reimbursement dues to the college managements.
He said that the Andhra Pradesh Government has not only cleared the old dues, but also completed the process of receiving fresh applications.
Accusing Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao of playing with the careers of students, he said that he would continue his hunger strike till the Telangana Government clears all dues towards fee reimbursement.
