Burglars decamp with 40 tola of gold jewellery
Hyderabad, Jan 18 (INN): The burglars decamped with 40 tolas of gold jewellery after breaking lock of a room, even as the occupants were fast asleep in Meraj Colony, Tolichowki under Humayun Nagar police station limits on Saturday night.
According to police, the wife and daughters of Zahoorul Haq, expatriate in Dubai were sleeping in a different room on Saturday night. The burglars entered the premises and broke open the door of the locked room where the jewellery was stored.
The family members who woke up in the morning were shocked to see the doors of the room wide open and lost jewellery from Almirah. They immediately informed the police about the burglary, which began investigation.
