Comedian MS Narayana breaths his last Hyderabad, January 23: Popular writer-comedian MS Narayana is no more. MS breathed his last on Friday following prolonged illness. He was in a critical condition at KIMS hospital in Kondapur, Hyderabad. He has been hospitalized following symptoms of food poisoning recently and surviving on ventilator.
MS Narayana, who hailed from Nidamarru village in West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh, started his career as a writer three-and-a-half decades ago. MS is survived by wife Kalaprapoorna, daughter Sasikiran and son Vikram.
He acted in about 750 films and won five Nandi awards. He is well known for his acting in films such as Indra, Sontam, Dookudu.
He won the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor for Dookudu.He also won Andhra Pradesh State Nandi Award for Best Male Comedian five times for the films Maa Nanna ki Pelli, Ramsakkanodu, Sardukupodam Randi, Shivamani and Dookudu.
