AP CM Chandrababu Naidu offers prayers at Ram Janmabhoomi Temple

He participated in the ongoing 'Pratishtha Dwadashi Yagna'

Ayodhya: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu visited Ayodhya on Sunday and offered prayers at the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple. During his visit, he paid obeisance to Shri Ram Lalla, performed darshan and puja, and participated in the ongoing 'Pratishtha Dwadashi Yagna' inside the temple premises, praying for peace and global well-being. CM Naidu further spent considerable time inside the temple complex, observing the grandeur and divinity of the newly constructed shrine.
During the visit, the temple officials briefed him on the architectural scale, ongoing works, and the vision behind the project.

On his arrival at the Maharshi Valmiki International Airport in Ayodhya, Chandrababu Naidu was given a warm welcome. Uttar Pradesh Agriculture Minister and Ayodhya district in-charge minister Surya Pratap Shahi, along with senior administrative officials, received him.

Speaking to the media after his visit, Chandrababu Naidu said the day was spiritually significant for him. He recalled his participation in the historic Pran Pratishtha ceremony in January 2024 and expressed happiness at returning again for Ram Lalla's darshan.

'Ram-rajya is the benchmark for any government,' the Andhra CM stated. 'I sincerely appreciate all those who contributed to building this magnificent temple, from those who worked tirelessly on the ground to those who achieved consensus through dialogue and understanding. This is a great and historic temple, and it will emerge as a major spiritual hub for India.'

He emphasised that India today is progressing rapidly in technology and knowledge.
'When we combine this progress with our traditional spiritual values, it becomes the best path forward for humanity,' he said. 'The Ayodhya temple will play a crucial role in strengthening these values.'

CM Naidu also praised the Uttar Pradesh government for its development efforts. 'UP is doing extremely well. UP and Bihar will play key role in goal of 'Vikasit Bharat 2047'. The Chief Minister of UP is doing an excellent job, and I congratulate him.'
Calling the temple 'divine, historic, and transformative,' CM Naidu said that in the next two years, the Ayodhya Ram Temple would become a benchmark for temples across the country.
