Government orders attachment of Akshaya Properties
Ongole, December 6. Andhra Pradesh government has ordered the CID to attach Akshaya properties of the prominent real estate company for cheating public with money circulation scheme.
The state government issued GO MS No 160 on Friday for the attachment of the properties of Akshaya Gold Farms & Villas India Limited and Akshaya Gold Real Estates & Development Private Limited, in order to protect the interest of the depositors of the defaulted financial establishments.
The Government has ordered to attach the 10.15 crores of cash in different banks as well as the 2,354 acres of land spread across eight Districts . Not only that there are cases filed against the 26 people connected with these companies.
