21 TDP Candidates have Cases, says YCP

Hyderabad, April 2: Stating that the TDP list is having 21 candidates who were facing serious and criminal charges, YSR Congress has said that they are raking up old issues as they have nothing speak about their five-year governance.

Speaking to media here on Tuesday party spokesperson Vasireddy Padma said, 'Chandrababu asking people to campaign about the cases YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has been facing only shows their bankruptcy of political ideology and his mean mentality.

While 21 candidates including state ministers, starting from Atcham Naidu and Speaker Kodela Siva Prasada Rao and Hindupur MLA N Balakrishna, are facing serious charges and Chintamaneni Prabhakar charged with about 26 cases, TDP leadership asking to propagate about the cases of our leader looks ridiculous.

It was TDP that has joined with Congress to foist cases against YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and he had faced them valiantly while TDP leaders have been ducking the legal recourse, she said.

Chandrababu has never faced a trial in his life and always took refuge in getting stay orders in at least 17 cases and his government has issued Government Orders lifting criminal cases against his MLAs and cabinet colleagues.

Now these criminal elements going to town propagating about the cases of YS Jagan only shows the level to which they can stoop to, she said.

With all options closed and not getting proper response from any quarter Chandrababu Naidu has been resorting to such propaganda to gain some political gain but the end result would disappoint TDP in a big way, she said.
Chandrababu's close associate Sujana Choudhary is an economic offender who has duped Rs 6,000 crores to various banks, not to say about Rayapati Sambasiva Rao the Party MP. Ganta Srinivasa Rao of Vizag, state ministers P Pulla Rao and Bonda Uma have been facing serious charges.

As the government has nothing to speak about its performance, Chandababu Naidu has been directing his leaders to speak about the cases of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

There is a certain shift of wind and YSRCP will emerge victorious. The insecurity of TDP circles is an indication to it, she said.
