Teenmar Mallanna's bail plea on Wednesday
Hyderabad, April 11 (INN): The Malkajgiri court once again postponed the bail petition of Teenmar Mallann on Tuesday. The court heard the bail petition of Mallanna on April 11.
Mallanna's counsel brought to the attention of the court that the non-bailable section was not applicable to Mallanna. He argued that old warrants were being brought up to prevent bail. Lawyer Mallanna said that the government was trying to block the bail by citing technical reasons.
The lawyer for the government objected that when Mallanna was arrested in a single case and remanded, why three bail petitions were filed. Mallanna's lawyer told the court that an anticipatory bail petition has been filed as two more cases have been registered against Teenmar Mallanna. After hearing the arguments of both parties, the court adjourned the next hearing to April 12.
