Sabbam Hari accuses Congress as selfish on T
Hyderabad, Dec 29 (INN): Anakapalli MP Sabbam Hari on Sunday accused the Congress party of taking a decision in favour of Telangana with an eye on winning more number of Lok Sabha seats.
Participating in the Meet The Press programme organised by the AP Journalist Forum here, Sabbam Hari said that the party was trying to capatalise the demand for smaller States across the country by giving statehood to Telangana. He said that the party hopes to win 50 Lok Sabha seats from the regions which are demanding statehood.
Sabbam Hari also claimed that the Bharatiya Janata Party was looking at its own benefit in Telangana region by supporting the statehood demand.
