Srikanth Reddy condemns T-debate in Assembly
Hyderabad, Jan 8 (INN): YSRCP MLA Srikanth Reddy on Wednesday alleged that the beginning of debate on Telangana Bill in the State Legislative Assembly shows that the Telugu Desam Party was having a secret understanding with the Congress party.
Speaking to media persons at Assembly's media point, Srikanth Reddy said that the announcement by Finance Minister Anam Ramnarayana Reddy in the House stating that the government was providing the information sought by the TDP members clearly show that both the parties were into some secret pact. He said that the beginning of debate immediately after the minister's announcement strengthens YSRCP's allegation.
Srikanth Reddy condemned the government for ignoring the appeal of YSRCP MLAs to pass a resolution to keep the Andhra Pradesh united. He also accused the TDP MLAs of insulting the Seemandhra people by ending their protest in the House.
