Kiran turns down AICC invitation Hyderabad: Expressing his inability to attend the All India Congress Committee meeting in New Delhi on Friday due to the ongoing Assembly session, Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy wrote a letter to party general secretary Janardhan Dwivedi on Thursday.
According to sources, the CM addressed a letter to Janardhan Dwivedi informing that the Assembly session was in the midst of important discussions on the Andhra Pradesh Re-organisation Bill.
It is learnt that members would take serious objection to the absence of the Chief Minister during such an important discussion in the Assembly. He urged the high command to exempt him from participating in the one-day meeting on Friday.
