Telangana lawyers hurl eggs at TDP office
HYDERABAD: Tension prevailed at the TDP headquarters, NTR Trust Bhavan, at Banjara Hills here on Tuesday when Telangana Advocate JAC members started hurling eggs and tomatoes at the building, alleging that TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu was trying to stall the Telangana process in the name of equal justice.
Around 6 pm, a few lawyers appeared in front of NTR Trust Bhavan and started raising anti-TDP slogans and tarted hurling eggs and tomatoes at the party office. The agitators tried to disturb the traffic and create a scene. As the building is heavily guarded, they could not enter it. However, they were later arrested.
