Lake Police rescue couple from committing suicide
Hyderabad, Nov 30 (INN): The Lake Police have rescued a couple from committing suicide by jumping into the Hussainsagar lake.
According to police, a 34-year-old man, Ramesh, and his wife G Bhanu Priya, 23, were prevented from resorting to the extreme step. Ramesh and Bhanu got married against the will of their parents and were residing in Balaji Apartments of Anand Bagh of Malkajgiri.
The couple was facing severe financial problems after Ramesh lost his job in Life Insurance Corporation of India. On Saturday, they came to Hussainsagar and tried to end their lives. But constable Satyanarayana and home guard Lingam under the supervision of Lake PS Inspector Janakamma rescued the couple.
