Chadalawada likely to head TTD board Hyderabad: Telugu Desam Party senior leader Chadalawada Krishnamurthy is likely to take charge as chairman of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam Board. Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu reported to have taken a decision to anoint Chadalwada as chairman of TTD.
Although several names popped up, the Naidu reportedly decided to nominate Chadalawada for the top post in the TTD. Chadalawada was MLA from Tirupati, but did not contest election last time on the direction from the party high command.
Naidu also decided to nominate members for the board. The names doing the rounds are Tollywood director K Raghavendra Rao, Reliance chief Mukesh Ambani's wife Nita Ambani and actor Shivaji.
However, an official announcement is yet to come in this regard. The other members of the TTD board include Nellimarla MLA Patiwada Narayanaswami, Pendurti MLA Bandaru Satyanarayana Murthy, Rajahmundray MLA Akula Satyanarayana (BJP), Tirupati BJP leader G Bhanuprakash Reddy, among others.
